General Refund Policy

Reliable Matrimony operates on a subscription-based model. Please note:

• All subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Once a membership plan is activated, no refund will be provided for unused time or features
• Users are advised to review plan details carefully before making payment

Exceptions Where Refund May Apply

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

• Payment deducted but service not activated
• Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same service
• Technical error or payment gateway failure

📌 In such cases, the refund decision will be made after internal verification.

Cancellation of Subscription

• Users cannot cancel subscriptions directly from the dashboard
• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer support
• Cancellation is allowed, but no refund will be issued
• Upon cancellation approval:
  • The subscription will end immediately
  • Access to paid features will be revoked instantly

Plan Upgrade & Downgrade

• Users are allowed to:
  • Upgrade plans at any time
  • Downgrade plans during an active cycle
• For any upgrade or downgrade:
  • The full amount of the new plan must be paid
  • No price difference adjustment is provided
  • The new plan starts fresh with a new validity period

Unused days from the previous plan are not carried forward.

Payment Failure & Duplicate Transactions

If a payment:

• Fails but the amount is deducted, or
• Is paid twice accidentally,

The admin may:

• Initiate a refund to the original payment method after verification

The website does not adjust amounts toward future subscriptions.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed as per the payment gateway’s rules
• Actual credit time depends on:
  • Payment gateway
  • Bank or card issuer
• Reliable Matrimony is not responsible for bank-side delays

Third-Party Payment Gateway Disclaimer

• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
• Refund timelines and settlement depend on:
  • Payment gateway policies
  • Banking institutions
• Reliable Matrimony has no control over processing delays after refund initiation

Disputes & Chargebacks

• Users must contact Reliable Matrimony support first before raising any dispute or chargeback with banks or payment gateways
• False or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action if required
